the hedged price isn't all that important, mainly the ability to deliver what was promised.
From note 15 in the financial statement:
'As a result of the slower than anticipated ramp up in silver recovery rates... the company's forward silver hedge commitment has been reduced from 797,128 to 455,657 oz'
