Senderos, that disparity wasn't always there. Before the excitement over EDE because of Edencrete, the share price of TAS was actually higher than EDE, about what you would expect it to be. To me that strongly suggests most investors now are simply not really aware of the relationship to TAS or how to value it.
Nursery and I have different strategies. I won't be selling TAS at a significant discount to its asset value, simply because I believe it will be realised in due course. I have infact swapped a very large quantity of EDE in order to purchase discounted TAS in the past. But I have other shares in my portfolio to balance as well.
