With TAS having the major share in EDE (by far), any take over in the future (very likely as TAS and/or EDE are not geared to manage the multi-national mega enterprise Edencrete will become part of), will need to focus largely on TAS.
Then, IMHO, we will see a correction to the market ratio between TAS and EDE.
