Haven't done the cals, but it was probably true value of assets (held by TAS) to the price of EDE.
Ever since the story has truly unfolded with EDE, TAS has been on a downward value slide. Personally I believe along side a few other long time holders of TAS is that TAS shareholders are not really in the know in how the story of EDE will truly effect us and what will TAS holders actually get in this EDE ride.
TAS asset backing through EDE/O holdings is over 61.5M (Price equivalent $0.1635 or $0.1355 fully diluted) using the close of EDE/O on Friday. Yet TAS market cap is only 27.9 or 33.7 fully diluted. In saying all that, obviously the above kind of applies, other wise surely TAS wouldn't be in its current state of 50% below asset backing.
