The problem is that it reduces the net amount to reinvest in TAS and so you lose much of the benefit in swapping to TAS.
Also, there is some doubt as to whether the full ratio of benefit quoted would apply after TAS expenses on other projects and staff costs are deducted, so I could end up worse off.
Further, if expectations are dashed in the future and neither TAS nor EDE end up worth much, tax would have been paid and no profit made.
Not worth the hastle.
