With EDEO so far in-the-money we can assume its price is the same as EDE less 3 cents.
Thus the value of TAS is 921,915,841 times price of EDE minus $14,495,945 cost of exercising EDEO plus $4,088,669 proceeds of TASO exercise. All this spread over 452360611 diluted TAS shares.
In other words the value of TAS is 2.038 X price of EDE - 2.3 cents.
So when EDE went through 10 cents the value of TAS was over 18 cents.
