    TAS has:
*100% Lake Torrens & Lucas Hill - given commodity mkt & mixed results to date it is unlikely they will initiate any further drilling until mining sector stages comeback. Possible sale of asset for lowball price
*19% Conico which has 50/50 interest in Mt Thirsty Cobalt/ Nickel deposit. As I see it Barra are cash-poor and for the forseeable future will want to direct all their resources towards their gold interests (given the pickup in the gold sector). Potentially a saleable asset given its JORC resource. Solomons & LePage are taking shares inlieu of cash for their fees at CNJ. The fact TAS only have a 19% exposure to an operation that is effectively on care& maintenance
*ParkinsonDam....a spectacular drill results at PD that may garner the interest of a buyer in enhanced gold sector. If TAS was going to proceed with more drilling this is likely to be the project that is pursued. Could bring other investors on board or could be farmed out. Otherwise given EDE offers higher return potential for each $ invested why would $ be directed here?
*TAS corporate. Given that the Solomons& LePage hold significantly more of TAS than EDE it would follow that they are unlikely to undertake activities that are going to devalue or dilute the value of TAS. Administrative costs are minimised by the care & maintenance status of the secondary projects. Sure an eye needs to be kept on admin costs charged to TAS (or taken as shares) but generally the bulk of development costs of Edencrete will be borne by EDE.
The way I see it, TAS is the Directors holding vehicle for EDE & shareholders are likely to be advantaged by this; particularly given the current lag in the valuation by the market of their stake in EDE.
    IMO Rerate cometh soon.
