Once a culture of under achievement within an ASX listed micro cap has been established, it tends to remain in that domain.
Picked off by opportunistic promoters to raise public funds, take their consultancy fees, salaries etc and if it does not succeed at least demonstrate to shareholders and maybe investors that an effort was made. If it fails , just market forces at work.
No pressure because they can see the possibility of doing it all again under another banner. Then move onto the next idea.
I just see with Family Insights a culture that is built on a consultancy business model designed by a group bound up in a theoretical exercise with limited hands on knowledge or experience. It reads great.
The execution at the coal face - the market place - reeks of people sitting around a Boardroom table, stroking each others ego and pontificating on what a great concept the consultants have come up with.
I do not see any passion within this organisation by a leader/creator/someone who is out there in the market place making a public statement.
This internet issue for children and the damage it can to, is in the press on the TV in social media every day
........and what do we hear from Family Insights .....diddly squat.
Facebook posts.
I doubt if this mob can put their heads on their pillows every night and say I am giving my every bone in my body to make this company make a difference in the world.
You are given few opportunities in life to make a difference. This mob has been given the opportunity of lifetime with a public company to actually help families and their children.............if they squander that, then I rest my case.
Disgraceful.
