If this be the case down the track and the app does succeed - they will simply do a share registry consolidation and then a CR by a placement to the inner broker circle of "sophisticated" investors.

Retail longer term investors will get the blunt end of the stick.

If no traction of the app over time, cannot see them getting any more funds - just do as the Frugl mob did, turn out the lights and leave.

Cannot see any trading happening until the release of the next quarterly end April. If that is ordinary then it just sits there as a dud.
