WHAT DOES THIS BOARD DO AT THE BEGINNING OF A MAJOR PROJECT - GO AND DO A BILLION DOLLAR SHARE DEAL WITH A TIN POT OPERATION CALLED FRUGL AND CALL IT THE PERFECT FIT.
No doubt a knee jerk reaction to the shocking share price value of Family Insights, to try and stir up some market sentiment. A shocking decision. Desperate.
The latest decision to hand out bonus's in cash to the CEO on moving office and the above acquisition, defies belief when the company is nearly on its knees.
I am yet to read an announcement that clearly indicates to me that this company has the right decision makers in place. The business plan changes on a whim, announcements are made and then disappear off the map.
Its like you have paid for all the food in a gigantic public aquarium and watch from the glass outside whilst the sharks swim by have a feed and disappear.
They need an independent business analyst to go through the company from top to bottom and publish it as a company announcement.
Then we have transparency.
