I hear you and I read and consider what you say Dave, but if debt funded, as you say we will have a few quarters and most likely a year plus before we run out of cash, depending on debt terms. 
You have every right to be down on the company, they have not hit one single metric or measure. But I have a contrary opinion around the why of that, I don't think we were deliberately misled. 
I think you also need to give the guys at LifX and Thor due respect that they wouldn't jump in bed with a megalomaniac either.
Time will tell and money cant lie, and as my rose coloured lenses descend across my irises, I am still a believer we have a decent skipper.
