    Totally agree, DM needs to fix it and stay or otherwise we are cooked. Fixable yes but not without acknowledging why we are back at 7c. Business 101 and you see I don't him sacked I want him to fix it and start running the business. No more hiding and excuses and stop being a naughty boy ahah, all IMO.
