Now that we've had $6m come in, let's see a small part distributed as a dividend.

All shareholders need a payment and this would be a great way of showing that the management is serious (if they are) about shareholders. If they are not serious, then they won't pay up.

For years, they have asked us for money and now it has come in (so they say).

Let's see if they are true to their word or full of it. A dividend for sharholders announced by the AGM will show they are true to their word. No dividend will show that they have spent the last 10 years taking for themselves.

Let's see if our money is where their mouths are.
