"Alwayshopeful", while I don't agree with some of your statements (the one above is quite a stretch!), your concerns are legitimate and every board should be held accountable. I wonder however, if you have made contact with the appropriate people, within the company or raised issues at the AGM. As you are aware there are couple of names and phone numbers listed at the end of every VAN-ASX announcement. While HC is a good place to vent - I'm not sure it's the place to achieve the desired outcome, which after all, is a flourishing company and well rewarded shareholders (beyond the Board).
