I would expect an announcement soon in respect to the Capital Raise. Based on the previous Quarter's cash flows, the Company's current cash reserves would be minimal. They have planned expenditure of $1.73 mill this quarter alone so money will be needed soon.
VAN have stated; Company is in discussions with existing shareholders and other third party professional and  sophisticated investors to raise funds. These discussions are well advanced.
My guess is the raise will come from third party professional and sophisticated investors and not Shareholders. A Shareholder CR takes time, time I believe VAN doesn't have. Let's hope the CR is done under good conditions for Shareholders and that they funds are used to drive production. Other considerations facing the Board would be in respect to minimising current debt. Good luck to all holders and let's hope production can be achieved soon. Cheers, E.
