$680m in Funding - $4-5m mkt cap company

Have received this from a newsletter today, is this legit?

Sounds like a good deal for ICT if they can get funding from this Industry Skills Fund initiative...

This isn't related to VET funding monies as I see it,  but would like to find out if this is the case, anyone know more about it?
