I spoke to the Managing Director on the phone a few weeks ago, he advised that there is a set process and period of time taken to acquire land and mining rights which also lies on aboriginal sacred land.
It might be 6months, but don't quote me.
Obviously he couldn't tell me too much, but he said they are allowed to kick some rocks around in the meantime, but nothing major.
Patience is the key.
