Maybe I'm nuts (and/or biased), but by my philosophy (read), it actually says far more that VLA are not committing to previously indicated 'results release dates' (AACR, MITCI, etc) than it does to 'lock them in' as such (as has been the case for several years), perhaps at BMS's request (particularly for MITCI)...

Any ideas why either party would want to potentially 'supress/delay' results-data, other than it has 'failed' miserably (unlikely considering the stats thus far), in which case, one would expected they'd announce sooner rather than later, like BMS actually did a few months ago for the 'failed' Vervoy/Opdivo combo-trial, which then leaves Merck in 'poll-position' with their existing offer @ A$1.75...

Interested in any alternatives perspectives/views if they're out there...

I guess we'll all see what comes of the UK Conference on 9-12 April, not long now...
