Personally, Im waiting for confirmation of resumption of uptrend before taking a LT position (1st of what I imagine many top up as well).
Trying to pick a bottom is fraught with failure, as evidenced in these threads already. Best to wait for that confirmation. Otherwise its an egg face slam.
