I think anyone in at much higher prices would do well to buy some at less than 1 cent to dramatically lower their average entry price.
Someone who had 10,000 shares at $2.00 ($20,000) could buy 1 million at 0.7 cents ($7,000) for an overall average of 2.7 cents per share. Not a bad way of having a chance to recoup the losses, given the calibre and plans of the new management. And 2.7 cents is far more achievable than 60c in the next couple of years.
