I looked back over the announcements too and I think your right, the 12 million being released from escrow would in fact be those issued recently for 1 cent.
I look forward to more information on the current deal. There needs to be a cash component or some placement to fund this further acquisition one would think, unless the acquisition is also by way of a share exchange.
Anyway, it was good to see CBTE shares up 10 cents(US) on the NASDAQ last night. I will be watching their SP with interest.
I read on a biotech website that more information on this deal is expected within the next "few weeks". Might make some money out of this company yet.
