so their 'best estimate' from their June 'contingent resource' has increased from 12 million barrels to 20.4 million barrels. Approximately a 60% increase. Not to mention the 'unrisked prospective resource' at a best estimate of 104 milion barrels. Plus it was released at 2:30 pm, missing most of its potential run.
This could run hard tomorrow.
