The Board advises that applications for 38,078,724 shares ($1,903,936.20) or approximately 60% of shares on offer were applied for by shareholders. The remaining shortfall is 25,550,109 shares ($1,277,505.45) and the Company reserves the right to place these in conjunction with the Lead Manager Patersons Securities Limited within three months as described in the Offer Document.
