I think that the lack of transparency is one of the main reasons that SP is where it is now.
The advice given in late December about distributions was false, the advice given about LVR's in early Feb was false. They have done nothing to publicy defend the Company, in fact as Michael Pascoe has pointed out, they have been conspicuous by their absence.
Where can we find out what the CEO and Directors are paid? Are they paid on performance? Nothing has been said about staff cutbacks either. What costs are bing saved?
