6 years since buying MPJ and watching pump and dump, page-44

Fireblade, I wonder if anyone is here to lose money? Strangely, I have had the reverse never lost money on options as I sold them as soon as there were issued to me, never intended to exercise them as I had committed my maximum investment level for those stocks on the fully paid shares options were the icing on the cake. Loved them when they were long dated! However, have lost money on fully paid stocks mostly on them going into liquidation, sometimes never saw the writing on the wall!

Some of the posts here are 100% positive so any alternative view explained of them can be seen to be negative rather than providing a balance. I find that this is most prevalent when people ask about how options work, they are told of the untold wealth to be gained over buying fully paids and if pushed are provided with throw away lines such as "you can loose your money" without any explanation as to how and why. When responding to these I do not see the need to reiterate the upside as that has always been more than promoted. Yes I agree people here do not want to hear negativity as they are looking here for support for their decision to buy a spec stock, especially one that does not seem to be going anywhere, and take solace when others provide that. Sometimes it is necessary to bring the "back slapping" back to reality as it good to learn to be reminded on how you make a small fortune on the stock exchange and that is to start with a large fortune!
