They are a great investment for both nz and aus given the scale of infrastructure builds being undertaken. Cheap borrowing rates means both our governments are going for gold on these large scale projects, evident in the massive roads of national significance projects NZ are building at the moment.
For those reasons alone downers are a good investment for the near term and I wouldn't doubt $7 SP in one year. Imo.
