WOR is directly impacted by the number of projects out there and there are very few because no-one wants to invest with oil price showing minimal IRRs for new projects. No projects, no work, no income, no people, a reduced experience base.
so the issue is, how will the oil price recover? it needs growing economies and increasing demand. currently demands are diminishing. If I was holding, i'd sell as close to 7 as I could get IMHO. but I have been very wrong in the past.
