    sorry forgot to add.

Your comment about a 99.5% fall and then a move from 1.5c to 3c. Yes that makes sense. A move from 1.5c to 3c is a 100% move - so would probably trigger required (they do have rules to follow you know) questioning from the regulators.

Your comment reminds me of some mainland Chinese traders that were interviewed by my firm last year. We questioned why they were investing in penny stocks, and not so-called blue chips in China. Their uneducated response was that if they buy a stock for 10c, it might fall 5c, but if they buy a stock for $10 they might lose $5. When we pointed out to them that on dollar based investing, a 5c drop on a 10c stock was the exact same 50% as a $5 drop on a $10 stock - they were baffled.

Also, your comments on a pullback or consolidation; yes a 70% rally, followed by a 10% fall (in the space of a few weeks) is called a pullback. You looking at 2014 prices now or your comparison is so warped from reality that it defies logic of a sane investor. I can only assume you are very young or new to volatility in investing.

Please don't get upset with me. I am just trying to explain reasoning of the markets. Saying that oil is cheap at US$40 because it used to be US$100 is an example of warped logic. Same goes for comparing WOR at 2014 prices to the new reality.
