sorry you don't get it. WOR ran before the commodity rally. That is why the pullback. a 70% rally BEFORE oil bounces US$2 should be taken into account when investing. Seems you need further lectures.
You talk of a stock losing 75% in value and then talk of bouncing back a ''few dollars''. A few dollars from A$3 is a 70% bounce. Granted it is far from its lofty heights, but the world has changed, and with it the sentiment of investors. The sooner you learn that the sooner you will stop losing money and getting annoyed at the world for your mistakes.
So, lesson for today: If a stock rallies 70% in about a week, and then doesn't react to a move in oil - perhaps think that the oil rally is already factored in and a pullback is required before further sustainable moves upward can be expected.

Australia is a wonderful market. I have missed it tremendously as I have been mainly focused on HK/China since moving to HK in 2001. Since returning I have seen some huge volatility but also some stunning gains. My conclusion is there is no such thing as bad markets - just bad traders
