Obviously for this project to be even remotely economic coal prices need to be a lot higher than they are now...
But at $5 million market cap and the psychological support of 1c this is due for a brief upswing possibly more... if you can get in at 1c you'll probably make a quickish 20%.
In my unqualified opinion.
