Absolutely!
The only time this applies is for well managed placed companies and LIC's in my opinion.
Market mood is a wonderful insight short term and one must not be fooled by this. I guess thats why arg was heavily sold off despite its biggest holding, mqg climbing.
Using leverage in LIC's is important to build wealth. It must be done with respect though; knowing full well of the risks involved. Not only is the above quote relevant but buying into these *quality* businesses is a must at times when the wallet and free cash allows to accumulate more and more and more.... a successful strategy is a consistent one.
