The report is well researched and referenced, and having read it I am feeling more comfortable moving some funds here. For those observing, while the commentary of the report in posts on HC are accurate, it should be pointed out that in the conclusion of this report the comments are made that while the valuation is sound and that prices will rise from here, we should not expect to see said value fully until a 3rd party shows interest in a T/O or partnership.

Definite Buy & LT Hold from me.
