It must be noted that the UK VenUS 111 study was a two arm study with the intervention group getting low dose ultrasound - and as per the report no placebo effect for that group as that treatment was found to have adverse efects when compared to the standard group - as per the report in my previous post - there was a small difference in healing time favoring the standard care
