At least Sentient isn't La Jolla but jurys out on if they are any better. They are based in Cayman islands and operate as a general partner for Perrshimco Resources which engages in acquisition,,exploration,production, development and operation of mining properties. They owned 24.05% of IDM on 11/4/12. Own 39% of Iron Road (ASX) too. They also swap debt for shares. Vultures circling ? Hope not
