18% interest??????? 1% royalty on the loan. sounds like a really bad deal.

so really the market cap of IDM is now around $33 mil.

Any more selling below this current price is now just getting ridiculous.

Is there anything more happening with this company that we don't know????

With all the money spent with the exploration and the plant and the resource, its probably cheaper for another mineral sands company to buy IDM than start a new one.

According to the half year report the plant and equipment alone is valued at $77 mil. even discounting that heavily and adding the resource of the company, if the share price gets any lower then this becomes a very very cheap take over target.

Lots of questions to ask?
