researcher 100, read my post and Clause 10 of the underwriting agreement. Patersons now have the right to withdraw from the underwriting agreement; and no doubt they will unless the SP moves to srongly bid at .125 or higher. Failing a strong bid I suspect PLA may vary the rights issue to 10 cents to put it away. They need the funds to ensure that management continues to be paid.
