New Graphite Project (Uganda – Kitgum Graphite)

Discovery Africa has entered into an agreement with Consolidated African Resources (Uganda) Limited ('CARL') providing the Discovery with the ability to purchase up to 100% of CARL, which holds Exploration Licence 1025, located near Kitgum in Uganda, Africa. The Exploration Licence is highly prospective for Graphite.
The area had undergone pitting, trenching and drilling of one borehole from a previous exploration exercise carried out by the Department of Geological Survey and Mines, Entebbe. This exercise was documented by W. H. Morton in a published report (Morton, 1969).
The report discovered a graphite deposit located in the Rom Mountain area. The deposit was observed to have a N. N. W. strike and stretched for 18Km while being 1Km wide with minimum overburden.
A recent field visit was carried out on the Exploration area which is highly prospective for Graphite. Twenty eight exploration pits were dug by local labourers and graphite was highly visible along the 18km strike.
The second payment of USD$25,000 has been paid following the conclusion of the onsite due diligence phase. On positive conclusion of the due diligence phase, DAF will commence with phase 2 of the exploration program.
Details of the agreement are set out below:

• Upon execution of the HOA, DAF will acquire 25% of the issued capital of CARL.
• DAF will commit to spending approximately US$264,000 in order to achieve JORC compliant certification on EL 1025 ('Phase 2').
• Upon completion of Phase 2, DAF will be issued a further 50% of the issued capital of CARL.
• The final 25% of CARL can be purchased by Discovery on an agreed fair market value, which will be determined by both parties.

The Board of Discovery is very excited to have been able to secure this project and is ready to complete all requirements to achieve a 100% holding in CARL.

Kitgum town is accessed by the Kampala-Gulu-Kitgum highway which is a 332km drive. The Rom Mountains are located in Orom sub-country which is 73km from Kitgum and Lochomo village is a further 27km from Orom trading centre. The roads in the sub-country are passable.
The location of the first exploration site was accessed via a footpath through the lower slopes of the mountain range.

Also a Lithium Project in Namibia:

The Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ('MOU') with respect to the acquisition of six Mining Claims in Namibia which are highly prospective for Lithium. Under the terms of the MOU, the Company will:

• Conduct due diligence over a period of 12 months, commencing in the second week of January 2014, pursuant to completion of an Environmental Management Program, if required; and
• Within 12 business days from execution of the MOU and when the Company is satisfied that the licences are in good standing, pay the sum of $25,000 in cash to the vendors.

Further details on these Mining Claims will be provided once due diligence has been completed.

They haven't added anything, done any work or even confirmed their intentions!
Honestly, a post like this would suggest that it was made by an employee or affiliate of the current directors.
Can ANYBODY please provide any real information!!!
