Well noted $$$$, you could be right. No notices need to be given for anyone holding less than 4% either.
Yeah did mean large holders being the top three -> above 4%.
Would be really good for us if Hunan Valin wants to increase it's holding to 19.9%, they will be cashed up very soon and I'm hoping that it was Valin that have been them buying or Cliffs.
