I would also be very interested to understand why ASIC is not investigating this company, based on claims by the Administrators that the company may have been trading insolvent for up to 15 months up to its collapse. I would love to see the cashflows from the various capital raisings - how much of it was spent by the company to entities connected with directors and key personnel. And whether those services were on appropriately tendered commercial terms - this was not a small family business, but a publicly listed company. Sadly, ASIC doesn't seem willing to act, and minority shareholders aren't getting organised and applying pressure, so we'll probably never know... I guess Fotios has suffered reputational harm from the adverse media reports and his leadership failure, but I would like to see more scrutiny by regulators, and stiff penalties applied if applicable.
