What an odd story! it would be most interesting to know what's behind this fellow's pitch indeed.

The acquisitions strategy was announced ages ago - and each time EVZ has made a new acquisition the sp has benefited afterwards albeit slowly. The current sp increase in my view is due to market digestion of the maiden dividend forecast and confirmation by management that the company is delivering as planned.

Revenue growth imv will pull the sp upward when it happens and is announced - buying in anticipation of future acquisitions would not seem to me to be as significant to current buyers as an understanding of the solid earnings potential of this growing under-recognised company.
