Seriously... are you that ignorant. Do you really think a company that releases an RFP is going to put their information on the public internet for people to be able to see? Information such as server counts, server names IP addresses? Information for potential hackers to see and cripple a business if they could potentially get access?

Do you have any experience in this area? Are you in outsourcing and work on tenders? From your ignorant comments I very much doubt so.

The only tenders that are generally available online are those from the government and even then you will be expected to have a username and password to access the RFP. Lets look at a few recent examples of companies that have gone out to Tender over the past few years, Transport of NSW, Newscorp, Woodside, Try to find any information on these RFP's on the internet. The only thing you may ever find out who the downselected vendor is once it has been awarded. Examples below:

Hopefully we should hear about who has been down selected for Toyota in a few weeks. Not sure if Tesserent are a prime or a subby of another potential outsourcer. If my mates company does not win the tender then I may not be able to find out and I doubt TNT would announce a loss of a customer (uness it has a significant financial impact). Most companies will only ever generally announce wins.
