Tony barber: I am a share-holder in BOTH NEU and IMU. That NEU deal was structured in such a way that the front-end amount was kind of tiny and the back-end heavily loaded - which did NOT please most of the NEU holders upon the announcement. Moreover, the NEU management did - JIMHO - poorly communicate with its share-holders. By contrast, I do believe that the IMU management is communicating much better with its share-holders.However, I do believe that both IMU and NEU will have a positive future. In both cases, share-holders should have the necessary PATIENCE.
All the aforementioned purely JIMHO, of course.
