They've signed up to a poster session at San Fran. If I understand correctly, you get a board in a hall where you put your poster and a bit of space to hang around and explain to people what your company is up to. There will be many companies showing their posters and a bunch of pharma representatives among the viewers, who will be circulating and checking out the stuff that takes their interest. Plenty of scope for some in-depth conversations.
