I think neu would have gone up if their deal was with pfizer, which is what many HC posters were hoping for, not a cash strapped unknown pharma with one approved drug with safety concerns (which is how Arcadia were at the time, not now though (they now have cash and the fda gave their drug an endorsement)).
Also neu's mkt was over four times imu's.
