I have invested $50000- in this company. From what I understand, Korda has put in $2.2 mil. If hes to get 50million shares in some sort of new company, (without putting any new money in), then I am CLAIMING my 22.7 shares/dollar invested. So if my new shareholding shows 1,135,000 shares rather than the 5000 shares I AM BEING OFFERED ,I will vote in favour to keep this submarine afloat. Does anyone who is not just a measely shareholder ( OWNER ), of this company have anything, or any REASONABLE offer to make, could they please reply, instead of hiding under their rock. PS. KORDA 22.7shares/dollar....... LITTLE SHAREHOLDER (me) 0.1 shares/dollar. NO THANKS.
