    Using $40 oil & $2.50 for nat gas, a 2,300 boe well (10 MMCFGD & 650 BOPD) should reach payback in 5 months.

    It should also make an undiscounted $36M during its lifetime for its owners, of which $18M would be PANR's share. Very nice indeed. With 25% of total revenue coming in year 1.
