    not true...check your facts...restructure was before before this reduction (if you argument was true $726M less $196mil would be $530m not $616m....
    Also see Change in Sub Hldgs...600Mil sold in one month by one holder...maybe another ann soon by others. A lot is being soaked up by someone not forced into becoming shs like the noteholders...something big afoot...
