They're a big company and revenues have a lot of headroom if the upturn in production and exploration continues. They'll be high beta under such a scenario allowing the debt to be tackled.

No indication the substantial holder will dump the remaining 3.6B. One would think it's likely they'll dump more soon, but maybe not. They may elect to dump much higher, or not and keep the voting power. Who knows.
