That party pooper is a professional/sophisticated one.
It wasn't 2,000,000 shares sold - it was only 1 share.
If you watched the auction, it was 1,999,999 shares bidding at .4 and 2,000,000 selling at .3.
The resulting share price close is obviously .3 as there was 1 more share sold than bought.
So, if my educated guess is correct, that party pooper was selling the 2,000,000 and was also buying the 1,999,999 (yes, I know that the buy was more than one order - these guys will have more than 2 accounts operating) which in effect means that the party pooper sold/transferred 1,999,999 shares from one of their accounts to another and that last share went elsewhere and closed the stock down at .3.
This is why the party pooper waited until close because the aim was to attempt to close the SP down at .3.
Mission accomplished but it doesn't mean anything and I doubt that the party pooper will get any more than 1 share at .3 tomorrow (apart from the $20 bot sales from his mates).
Just my crazy ramblings but this is and will be ruthlessly accumulated until we get a good announcement, and the party pooper(s) will go to great lengths as they have been to try and load up as many at the lowest average price possible.
Obviously they'll try and get some at .3 but once that fails .4 line-wipe is just a click away.
Also, if every single note and option was converted today we would have a market cap of $9M - bargain of the century with the potential it's got?
I think so and am happy to see out the games!
