The only thing to possibly look for is dilution, obviously he has no trouble getting them for 0.004 because people see the bigger picture of a revenue earning coy. It all points north if you have done the research and know the story unfolding.
I have to admit, I dont really go for micro caps with large shares on the register but when top 20 are holding over 50% then its still a good punt. I'll be waiting patiently for that ann to kick start what could easily be a coy with a market cap of 50mill or more.
